OnePlus is set to officially unveil the Turbo 6 and Turbo 6V in just a few hours, but ahead of the launch, the company has already revealed the key specifications of the more affordable Turbo 6V. After teasing the Turbo 6 earlier, OnePlus has now turned the spotlight on the Turbo 6V, confirming that the budget-friendly model still packs several flagship-level features. This early reveal makes it clear that OnePlus is aiming to redefine expectations in the mid-range smartphone segment.

OnePlus Turbo 6V Features
One of the most surprising highlights of the Turbo 6V is its massive 9,000 mAh battery, the same capacity found in the higher-end Turbo 6. This positions the Turbo 6V as a phone designed for heavy users who prioritize long battery life.
Despite being the cheaper variant, the Turbo 6V supports up to 80W wired fast charging, ensuring quick top-ups even with such a large battery. It also includes 27W reverse wired charging, allowing users to charge accessories or other devices directly from the phone. Another practical feature is bypass charging, which lets users game while plugged in without putting extra stress on the battery, a feature usually reserved for gaming-focused smartphones.
The OnePlus Turbo 6V is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, a capable chipset designed to balance performance and efficiency. While it doesn’t aim to outperform flagship processors, it should deliver smooth performance for daily tasks, multitasking, and gaming.
On the display side, the Turbo 6V features a screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. Although this is slightly lower than the Turbo 6’s 165Hz panel, a 144Hz display is still considered premium and ensures fluid scrolling, responsive touch input, and an overall smooth visual experience.
Durability is another area where the Turbo 6V stands out. OnePlus claims the device has passed seven military-grade tests, certifying its resistance to extreme temperatures, dust, rainstorms, corrosion, vibration, and accidental drops. This makes it suitable for users who need a phone that can handle challenging environments.
In addition, the Turbo 6V carries IP66, IP68, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance. These certifications indicate strong protection against water immersion, high-pressure water jets, and dust ingress, which is uncommon in this price segment.

OnePlus Turbo 6V Colors
OnePlus will offer the Turbo 6V in three color options: Nova White, Fearless Blue, and Solo Black. These choices provide a mix of clean, bold, and classic aesthetics, appealing to a wide range of users. While design details haven’t been fully revealed yet, the color lineup suggests a modern and youthful approach.
With the Turbo 6V, OnePlus is clearly aiming to deliver exceptional value. A huge 9,000 mAh battery, fast charging, high refresh rate display, solid Snapdragon performance, and top-tier durability certifications make it stand out among affordable smartphones. Even before its official announcement, the Turbo 6V looks like a strong contender for users who want long battery life, reliability, and premium features without paying flagship prices.
