Itel has expanded its affordable smartphone lineup with the launch of the new itel A300C 4G in the global market. Designed for budget-conscious users, the phone combines a large display, long-lasting battery and a rugged body aimed at offering better durability in everyday use. It also brings useful features such as a 90Hz refresh rate, side-mounted fingerprint sensor and USB Type-C connectivity.
The biggest attraction of the itel A300C 4G is its 6000mAh battery. According to itel, the battery can provide up to 46 hours of talk time or around 18 hours of short-video playback on a full charge. The company also claims up to 50 days of standby time, although actual battery life will depend on network conditions and usage. The phone supports 18W fast charging through its USB Type-C port.

Itel A300C Specifications
6.6-Inch 90Hz Display
The itel A300C 4G comes with a 6.6-inch HD+ LCD display offering a resolution of 720 × 1612 pixels. The screen supports a 90Hz refresh rate, which should make scrolling and basic animations feel smoother than a conventional 60Hz panel.
The display reaches up to 480 nits of brightness, making it suitable for everyday indoor use and reasonably bright outdoor environments, although it remains an entry-level HD+ panel.
Unisoc Processor with Up to 8GB RAM
Powering the smartphone is the Unisoc T7100 chipset, an octa-core processor with clock speeds of up to 1.6GHz. It is paired with 3GB of physical RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
itel has also included an Extended RAM feature that can use up to 5GB of virtual RAM, allowing the phone to advertise up to 8GB of combined RAM. The additional virtual memory is designed to help with multitasking, though it does not offer the same performance benefits as physical RAM.
8MP Rear and 5MP Selfie Camera
For photography, the itel A300C 4G features an 8-megapixel rear camera. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
The camera setup is fairly basic, which is understandable for a smartphone positioned in the affordable segment. The phone is primarily aimed at users who need essential photography and communication features rather than advanced camera capabilities.
6000mAh Battery and 18W Charging
Battery life is clearly one of the strongest points of the itel A300C 4G. Its 6000mAh battery is designed to provide extended usage between charges. According to the company, users can get up to 46 hours of talk time and approximately 18 hours of short-video playback.
The phone also supports 18W fast charging, while the USB Type-C port is located on the bottom edge. The combination of a large battery and faster charging should make the device particularly appealing to users who prioritize endurance.
Rugged Design with Military-Grade Certification
Unlike many entry-level smartphones, the itel A300C 4G focuses strongly on durability. It features a MIL-STD-810H certified military-grade body, with itel claiming that the device can withstand drops from heights of up to 1.8 metres.
The company also says the phone is designed to operate in challenging environmental conditions, including temperatures as low as -21°C, along with high heat and humidity. The handset carries an IP65 rating, providing protection against dust and water exposure.
For security, the power button and fingerprint sensor are integrated into the side frame, giving users a convenient way to unlock the device.
