Ortizan X10 Bluetooth Speaker Features
24W Stereo Sound With Enhanced Bass
The Ortizan X10 has two 12W drivers that work together to give a total of 24W of stereo sound. Ortizan also includes a digital signal processor and two passive radiators to help create deep sound effects.
For a speaker that’s this small the sound is very good. The voices are very clear. The bass has enough strength to make music feel more lively. It can also play louder than you might think possible from a small portable speaker.
The sound stays detailed no matter what kind of music you are listening to with a mix of vocals, bass and high tones. It is not a speaker that tries to make everything sound too bassy. There is clearness so that vocals and other details can still be heard.
TWS Dual Pairing
If one X10 is not enough, two speakers can be paired together using the TWS function. This allows them to work together for a wider stereo presentation.
It is particularly useful when the speaker is being used for movies, parties, or larger outdoor spaces. Buying two speakers obviously increases the overall cost, but the option is there for people who want more volume and a broader soundstage.
RGB Colorful Light Show
The X10 includes built-in RGB lighting that changes colors while music is playing. The lights can pulse and change with the music, adding a more noticeable party atmosphere in darker surroundings.
There is also an option to use the lighting without playing music, turning the speaker into a small decorative LED light.
Personally, the lights are more of an extra than a reason to buy the speaker. The sound output is much more impressive. If you prefer a simple appearance, the lighting may not add much value, but people who enjoy colorful party accessories will probably appreciate it.
IPX7 Waterproof Protection
The IPX7 rating is one of the most practical features of the Ortizan X10. The speaker is designed to handle water exposure and can reportedly be immersed in up to around 3 feet of water for approximately 30 minutes.
That makes it suitable for places where a normal speaker could easily be damaged, including the shower, poolside, beach, camping trips, and outdoor gatherings.
It is worth remembering that waterproof ratings do not mean a device should be deliberately exposed to water all the time. Still, the protection provides useful peace of mind when the speaker is being used outdoors.
Up to 30 Hours of Battery Life
Ortizan claims up to 30 hours of playback at around 65dB. Actual battery life will vary depending on volume, lighting, connection, and usage.
The battery performance is one of the strongest aspects of the X10 in everyday use. It can keep playing for a long time without constantly needing to be recharged. The speaker also provides a low-battery indication, which is useful because you are less likely to be caught off guard.
Charging is handled through USB Type-C.
Bluetooth 5.3 Connectivity
The X10 uses Bluetooth 5.3 and is rated for a connection distance of up to 66 unobstructed feet. It can connect with devices such as smartphones, laptops, and TVs.
In everyday use, pairing is straightforward. After the initial connection, the speaker can reconnect automatically when switched on, which makes regular use much more convenient.
There are also additional connection options, including an AUX input and TF card support.
Compact and Portable Design
Measuring approximately 3 x 3 x 6.69 inches and weighing around 1.28 pounds, the X10 is small enough to carry around without much effort.
Its solid construction gives it a reassuring amount of weight for such a compact speaker. The included cord is also useful. It allows the speaker to be hung from a hook, in a shower, or in another convenient location.
Ortizan X10 Bluetooth Speaker Price in the US
The Ortizan X10 Portable Bluetooth Speaker is priced at $30.39 in the US and is available through Amazon.
At this price, the combination of 24W stereo sound, Bluetooth 5.3, IPX7 water resistance, RGB lighting, TWS pairing, and long battery life makes the feature set quite substantial for a compact speaker.
Ortizan X10 Bluetooth Speaker Review
The first thing that stands out about the X10 is its sound. It is simply louder than expected for its size. Music has plenty of presence. The bass gives tracks a satisfying punch without completely overwhelming vocals.
It also performs with spoken content. Voices sound crisp which makes it useful for podcasts, videos and calls in addition to music.
The speaker can comfortably fill a car with sound. Its output compares favorably with larger built-in audio systems in terms of perceived volume and punch. Obviously dedicated audio systems can offer advantages in soundstage and refinement but that is not really what the X10 is trying to compete with.
Build quality is another positive. The speaker feels nicely made than lightweight or fragile. Its solid construction also seems to contribute to the bass response. The IPX7 protection adds another layer of practicality particularly if you plan to use it in a shower or around areas.
Connectivity has also been reliable. Pairing with a phone was easy on the attempt and after that the speaker reconnects without much fuss. That kind of reliability matters more than it might appear on a specification sheet.
Portability is excellent. The compact shape makes it easy to move between rooms take into the yard or bring along on a trip. The included cord is particularly handy because the speaker can be hung from a hook or another suitable point.
Battery life is another highlight. The claimed 30-hour maximum is already impressive for a speaker this size and the battery lasts a long time in normal use. The low-battery warning is also a feature.
The RGB lighting is fun. It is not the reason I would choose the X10. After trying the speaker the sound output is more compelling than the lighting effects. If you want a speaker primarily, for music the audio performance is the feature that matters most.
