Google is set to unveil its next-generation foldable on August 20, but a fresh leak has already revealed nearly the entire spec sheet of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. According to details shared by WinFuture, the upcoming foldable builds on its predecessor with refinements in display quality, durability, performance, and Google’s ever-growing AI ecosystem.
At first glance, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold maintains a familiar design language but introduces some important upgrades. The cover screen now measures 6.4 inches with a 1080×2364 resolution, adaptive 60–120Hz refresh rate, and an impressive 3,000-nit peak brightness — a significant jump over last year’s model.
Inside, the 8-inch LTPO OLED foldable panel mirrors that peak brightness while retaining its 2076×2156 resolution, ensuring sharp visuals whether unfolded for multitasking or entertainment.
Powering the device is Google’s brand-new Tensor G5 chipset, supported by the Titan M2 security module. With 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is equipped to handle demanding apps, multitasking, and advanced AI features with ease.
One of the most notable changes is in durability. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold becomes the first foldable with an IP68 rating, offering full dust protection and water resistance on par with premium slab flagships. Google is also leaning into sustainability, crafting the entire frame from recycled metals, furthering its eco-conscious approach.
The rear camera setup resembles last year’s Pixel 9 Pro Fold but with a meaningful upgrade. It features a 48MP main sensor, a 10.5MP ultrawide lens, and a 10.8MP telephoto camera — now capable of 10x optical zoom. On the front, dual 10MP selfie cameras cover both the inner and outer displays for flexibility in capturing shots.
Battery life also sees a boost, with the Pixel 10 Pro Fold housing a 5,015mAh unit. It supports 30W wired charging (capable of hitting 50% in just 30 minutes) and 15W PixelSnap wireless charging, Google’s new Qi2-based wireless solution.
Out of the box, the foldable runs Android 16 with Google promising seven years of updates. AI takes center stage once again, with tools like Gemini Live for on-device AI interactions and Call Assist for smarter communication.
In Germany, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is expected to launch at €1,899 (around $2,100) for the base 256GB version. Buyers will reportedly have two finishes to choose from — Moonstone and Jade.
The Pixel 10 Pro Fold appears to be a refined evolution rather than a radical redesign, focusing on meaningful upgrades like brighter displays, improved durability, enhanced zoom capabilities, and AI-driven software. With Google’s official announcement just days away, the leaks suggest that this foldable is shaping up to be one of the most compelling premium devices of 2025.
