HMD has expanded its feature phone lineup in India with the launch of the HMD 101 4G and HMD 102 4G. These compact devices are aimed at users who prefer simple, durable phones with essential features rather than smartphones. Both the HMD 101 4G and 102 4G share several core specifications. They come equipped with a 2-inch QQVGA display offering 240×320 resolution and are powered by the Unisoc 8910 FF-S processor. Storage is limited to 16MB, but users can expand it up to 32GB via a microSD card.

The HMD 102 4G builds on the 101 by adding a QVGA rear camera with flash along with a matching color keypad, giving it a slightly more premium touch while maintaining its compact build.
