Huawei has expanded its accessory lineup in China with the launch of a 100W all-in-one power bank, combining high-speed charging with portability. Officially called the Huawei 100W 12000 Power Bank with Built-In Cable, the device aims to deliver convenience and performance in a compact form.
The new power bank houses a 12,000mAh battery and supports blazing-fast 100W output through its integrated USB-C cable as well as an additional USB-C port. Either connection can individually deliver the full 100W, which Huawei claims can charge a Mate 70 or Mate X6 to 85% in just 30 minutes.
When two devices are connected simultaneously, the output is intelligently split into 66W + 40W or 88W + 18W, depending on real-time demand, ensuring both gadgets get a safe and optimized charge.
Huawei has built in multiple protections, including safeguards against overheating, overvoltage, and short circuits, with real-time temperature monitoring for added security. Four LED indicators on the side display remaining battery levels, while Huawei smartphone users can track charging status directly through the Huawei companion app.
Despite its large capacity and high output, the power bank maintains a portable profile, measuring 130.6 x 68.4 x 15.7 mm and weighing 237 grams. It comes in black and white finishes, appealing to users who prefer a minimalist, travel-friendly design.
Huawei’s 100W power bank has already secured multiple certifications, including China’s 3C, the EU’s CE, and CB international clearance, making it compliant with air travel regulations. This means travelers can carry it without concerns during flights.
The power bank is priced at CNY 399 (around $56) in China, with sales kicking off on September 26. While Huawei has not confirmed global availability yet, the international certifications suggest it could expand beyond China in the near future.
With its fast charging support, built-in cable, safety features, and compact size, Huawei’s 100W 12000mAh power bank looks like a well-rounded solution for professionals, travelers, and anyone who needs reliable power on the go.
