According to the certification data, the iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max will come in two versions—one with a physical SIM slot and another with eSIM-only support, depending on regional markets. Curiously, only a single entry appears for the standard iPhone 17, leaving some uncertainty about whether it applies to the SIM-enabled or eSIM-only model.
