itel has quietly expanded its smartphone lineup with the launch of three new models, led by the itel City 200. Positioned as the most capable device among the trio, the City 200 brings a larger display, better cameras, and full Android 15 support, making it a solid option in the affordable smartphone segment. Alongside it, the company also introduced the itel A200 and A200+, which focus on battery life and durability while keeping costs low.

The itel City 200 features a 6.78-inch display with a 720p+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. While the resolution remains modest, the high refresh rate helps deliver a fluid scrolling and gaming experience. The display can reach up to 700 nits of peak brightness, making it usable even under bright outdoor conditions.
One notable design touch is the punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera, which is a step up from the notch design used on the other two models. At just 7.45mm thick, the City 200 is also slimmer than its siblings, giving it a more refined in-hand feel.

The key difference between the two lies in the battery. The itel A200 includes a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging, while the A200+ steps up to a 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging. Interestingly, both phones are listed with the same thickness of 8.29mm, despite the battery size difference.
Although these two models run Android 15 Go Edition due to their lower RAM and storage options, they still offer features like always-on display modes, DTS sound, IP65 protection, MIL-STD-810H certification, and even tougher 1.8-meter drop testing.
A unique feature shared across all three models is UltraLink Free Call. This technology allows users to make voice calls, send voice notes, and exchange text messages without cellular connectivity. According to itel, the feature can work at distances of up to 2 kilometers under ideal conditions, making it useful in emergencies or areas with poor network coverage.
