Motorola has officially launched its new flagship smartphone, the Motorola Signature, in India, bringing a blend of premium design, top-tier performance, and long-term software support to the high-end segment. Unveiled earlier this month, the device is now debuting in the Indian market with refined aesthetics, powerful internals, and an exclusive customer experience offering.
The Motorola Signature is aimed at users who want a luxury smartphone experience without compromising on durability, display quality, or future-proof software updates.
Motorola Signature arrives in two Pantone-curated color options — Pantone Martini Olive and Pantone Carbon — reinforcing the brand’s focus on style and material finish. The phone maintains a slim profile at just 6.99mm and weighs 186 grams, making it comfortable to hold despite its large display.
At the front, the smartphone features a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2,780 x 1,264 pixels. With a peak brightness of up to 6,200 nits, the screen is designed for excellent outdoor visibility. The display is Pantone-validated, supports Dolby Vision, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. A centered punch-hole houses the 50MP front camera, keeping the bezels clean and modern.
Powering the Motorola Signature is Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, positioning it firmly among the most powerful Android smartphones currently available. The device runs Android 16 out of the box, offering a clean and smooth user experience.
Motorola has also made a strong commitment to longevity, promising up to seven years of Android OS upgrades and security updates. This extended support makes the Signature an attractive option for users planning to keep their device for the long term.
The Motorola Signature comes equipped with a quad-camera setup, all featuring 50MP sensors. On the rear, users get a primary camera, an ultrawide lens, and a 3x periscope telephoto camera, offering versatility across different shooting scenarios. Whether it’s detailed landscapes, portraits, or zoom photography, the camera system is designed to deliver consistent results.
For selfies and video calls, the 50MP front-facing camera ensures sharp and detailed output, supported by the high-quality display for an immersive preview experience.
Fueling the Motorola Signature is a 5,200mAh silicon-carbon battery, designed to balance performance and endurance. The device supports 90W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging, allowing users to quickly top up their phone during busy days.
In addition, Motorola has included reverse charging capabilities, with 5W reverse wired and 10W reverse wireless charging, making it convenient to power accessories or other devices when needed.
Despite its slim design, the Motorola Signature is built for durability. It carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance and meets MIL-STD-810H certification standards. Security is handled by an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, while NFC support adds convenience for contactless payments.
On the audio front, the smartphone features dual Bose-tuned stereo speakers, along with support for Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio for both wired and wireless playback, ensuring an immersive sound experience.
Motorola has introduced the Signature Club exclusively for Signature users in India. This service acts as a 24/7 personal assistant, helping with tasks such as travel bookings and other lifestyle needs. The service is priced at INR 20,000 per year but will be provided free for the first year to all Signature customers.
The Motorola Signature is available in three memory configurations:
