Nvidia has announced the upgraded GeForce RTX 40 Super series, set to replace most non-Super models in their lineup. The lineup comprises the RTX 4080 Super, RTX 4070 Ti Super, and RTX 4070 Super.
Notably, the core count sees significant boosts across these cards, with the RTX 4070 Ti leading with a 10% increase, followed by the RTX 4070 at 22%. Additionally, the 4070 Ti gets a memory upgrade to 16GB GDDR6X, enhancing its bandwidth by 33%.
The external design tweaks include a darker finish for Founders Edition models of the RTX 4080 Super and RTX 4070 Super. Notably, the RTX 4070 Ti Super is solely available through board partners.
Pricing reveals a drop for the RTX 4080 Super to $999 from $1199, while the RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 4070 Super retain their previous pricing at $799 and $599. The latter's price falls to $549. Availability varies from January 17 to January 31 for these models.
