The Samsung Galaxy S25 Fan Edition (FE) is set to be the next value flagship from Samsung, and ahead of its official unveiling—expected by the end of this month or early September—a comprehensive leak has surfaced online. The leak, courtesy of AndroidHeadlines, provides a detailed look at the phone’s design, display, camera system, processor, battery, and more. Positioned as a cost-effective alternative to the premium Galaxy S25 series, the Galaxy S25 FE is shaping up to be a solid all-rounder with flagship-level features at a mid-range price.
According to the report, the Galaxy S25 FE will feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering vibrant visuals and smooth scrolling. The device is said to measure 161.3 x 76.6 x 7.4mm and weigh 190 grams, making it slightly slimmer than its predecessor, the S24 FE. For durability, the screen will be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus and the phone will carry an IP68 rating, offering strong resistance against water and dust.
Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 FE will be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2400 chipset, which is expected to deliver improved power efficiency and solid performance for daily use, multitasking, and gaming. The device will be available in two variants:
This should provide ample room for both performance and file storage for most users.
The camera setup on the Galaxy S25 FE is expected to be quite capable, especially for a fan edition model:
This triple-camera setup promises versatility for photography, from detailed landscapes to zoomed-in shots.
Out of the box, the Galaxy S25 FE will run on Android 16, layered with Samsung’s upcoming One UI 8. The phone will also feature Galaxy AI enhancements, aligning it with Samsung’s push toward more intelligent user experiences across its devices.
The S25 FE will feature a 4,500mAh battery, the same capacity as the previous model but possibly with better optimization due to software and chipset upgrades. Charging support includes 45W wired and 15W wireless charging, ensuring quick top-ups for users on the move.
The S25 FE is rumored to arrive in four elegant color options:
As per early leaks, the starting price could be around $600, making it an appealing choice for those wanting near-flagship specs at a more affordable price point.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE looks to be a well-rounded device with flagship-grade features like a high-refresh AMOLED display, strong camera setup, long-lasting battery, and durable build — all at a competitive price. With its refined design and updated internals, it could easily become one of the most attractive premium mid-range phones of the year.
