Vivo has started building anticipation for its next-generation flagship, the Vivo X300 Pro, by confirming key details about its display and design. Han Boxiao, Product Manager at Vivo, recently revealed that the device will come with a 6.78-inch flat display, making it the first Pro model in the X-series to feature such a large flat panel.
According to Boxiao, the flat display is designed to maximize visual comfort without compromising usability. The corners of the screen have been polished with a rounded “R” curvature, while the frame edges use micro-arc detailing for improved ergonomics. These refinements not only enhance grip but also give the device a sleek, premium aesthetic.
In a comparison shared by Boxiao, the chin area of the X300 Pro was shown against that of the standard Vivo X300, highlighting the narrower bezels and refined design approach. Boxiao even compared the X300 Pro to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, noting that Vivo’s flagship will be lighter, slimmer, and more compact, offering natural comfort in the hand despite its large display.
While the display and ergonomics took center stage in the reveal, Boxiao also acknowledged the growing excitement around the camera module design of the X300 series. He hinted that this year, Vivo has made major investments in Deco craftsmanship, with more details about the rear design expected to be unveiled soon.
Beyond the confirmed design details, several reports provide a clearer picture of what the Vivo X300 Pro may offer:
Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 9500
Memory & Storage: Up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage
Battery: 6,500mAh with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging

Front Camera: 50MP selfie shooter with autofocus
Rear Cameras:

With its 6.78-inch flat display, refined ergonomic detailing, and a powerhouse set of specifications, the Vivo X300 Pro is shaping up to be one of the most promising flagships of 2025. The company’s emphasis on both design craftsmanship and advanced imaging capabilities suggests that the X300 Pro is positioned to compete directly with the best in the market.
