Infinix has officially unveiled the Note Edge, a smartphone that blends a sleek profile with powerful internals and long-term software support. At just 7.2mm thick and weighing 185 grams, the Note Edge stands out as one of the slimmest phones in its category while still packing a large battery and premium display features. Powered by MediaTek’s newly announced Dimensity 7100 chipset, the device marks a significant step forward for the Infinix Note series, both in design and performance.
The Infinix Note Edge focuses heavily on aesthetics and comfort. Its slim 7.2mm body makes it easy to hold despite housing a large display and battery. The phone carries an IP65 rating, offering protection against dust and light splashes, which adds peace of mind for everyday use.
Infinix is offering the Note Edge in Lunar Titanium, Silk Green, Stellar Blue, and Shadow Black. The Silk Green variant features a polyurethane water-wave brushed texture inspired by silk, delivering a leather-like feel with a smooth finish. The other color options use high-strength composite materials with cat’s-eye gem effects, creating layered matte finishes that subtly change with light and viewing angle.
One of the biggest highlights of the Infinix Note Edge is its curved 6.78-inch display. The screen offers a “1.5K” resolution along with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring sharp visuals and fluid animations. A 2,800Hz touch sampling rate enhances responsiveness, especially during gaming and fast interactions.
The display features symmetrical ultra-narrow bezels measuring just 1.87mm, giving the phone a modern, immersive look. With a peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits, outdoor visibility is excellent, and Gorilla Glass 7i protection adds durability against scratches and minor impacts.
At the core of the Infinix Note Edge is MediaTek’s Dimensity 7100 processor, paired with up to 8GB of RAM. This combination is designed to handle daily multitasking, gaming, and media consumption with ease while maintaining power efficiency. The chipset brings modern connectivity and performance improvements, making the Note Edge a strong contender in its price segment.
The Note Edge runs XOS 16 based on Android 16, making it the first Infinix smartphone to ship with Android 16 out of the box. Infinix has also made a notable commitment to software longevity by promising three major Android updates and five years of security patches. This level of support is still rare in this segment and adds long-term value for users planning to keep their device for several years.
On the back, the Infinix Note Edge features a 50MP main camera using a 1/2-inch type sensor. The camera is designed to deliver detailed photos with reliable performance in various lighting conditions.
Audio is handled by dual JBL-tuned stereo speakers, offering an immersive sound experience for videos, music, and gaming. A customizable side button allows instant access to Infinix’s Folax AI assistant, adding a layer of convenience for quick actions and voice commands.
Battery performance is another strong point of the Infinix Note Edge. Depending on the market, the phone comes with either a 6,500mAh or a 6,150mAh battery. Infinix claims the battery will retain at least 80% of its original capacity after 2,000 charge cycles, which roughly translates to around six years of use.
Charging speeds reach up to 45W, with the phone capable of going from 1% to 100% in about 62 minutes, balancing fast charging with long-term battery health.
The Infinix Note Edge is priced to start at $200, positioning it as a highly competitive option in the mid-range segment. With its premium design, advanced display, modern chipset, and extended software support, the pricing makes it especially appealing to value-focused buyers.
The Infinix Note Edge represents a thoughtful evolution of the Note series. Its ultra-slim design, vibrant curved display, Dimensity 7100 performance, and strong battery credentials make it a well-rounded smartphone. Add to that Android 16 out of the box and a solid update promise, and the Note Edge becomes an attractive choice for users who want a stylish, future-ready phone without stepping into premium pricing territory.
