iQOO has started building anticipation around its upcoming performance-focused smartphone, the iQOO Z11 Turbo, in China. Over the past few days, the brand has been teasing the device, gradually revealing key details. A recent teaser offered an early look at the phone’s design, and now an iQOO Product Manager has gone a step further by sharing a new image of the rear panel while also confirming several core specifications.
With flagship-level hardware, a massive battery, and a premium build, the iQOO Z11 Turbo is shaping up to be a strong contender in the upper mid-range performance segment.
The newly shared image gives the first clear look at the iQOO Z11 Turbo’s rear design. The phone features a glass back with flat edges, giving it a clean and modern appearance. One of the standout elements is the squircle-shaped camera module, which houses the rear camera sensors. Next to the camera island sits a vertical, pill-shaped LED, adding a distinctive visual touch.
The iQOO branding is positioned toward the bottom of the rear panel, maintaining the brand’s familiar design language. While the front design has not been officially shown yet, iQOO has confirmed that the Z11 Turbo will feature a flat display, which should appeal to users who prefer a more practical and gaming-friendly screen design.
According to information shared by the iQOO Product Manager, the iQOO Z11 Turbo will come equipped with a 6.59-inch OLED display. The panel is said to support LTPS technology and offer a 1.5K resolution, which should deliver sharp visuals and efficient power consumption.
Battery life appears to be one of the phone’s biggest highlights. iQOO claims that the Z11 Turbo will offer battery performance that significantly surpasses other performance-focused smartphones with similar screen sizes. Supporting this claim, recent leaks suggest the device will pack a massive 7,600mAh battery, making it one of the largest batteries seen in this segment.
At the heart of the iQOO Z11 Turbo is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, Qualcomm’s next-generation flagship processor. This SoC is expected to deliver top-tier performance for gaming, multitasking, and demanding applications, positioning the Z11 Turbo as a true performance-centric device.
On the camera front, iQOO has confirmed that the smartphone will feature a 200-megapixel primary camera, a specification usually reserved for premium flagship devices. According to reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, the camera setup will also include an 8-megapixel secondary rear camera, while the front will house a 32-megapixel selfie camera. This combination suggests that the Z11 Turbo will focus not only on performance but also on high-resolution photography.
The iQOO Z11 Turbo is also expected to offer premium build quality. Reports indicate that the device will feature a metal middle frame, enhancing both durability and in-hand feel. For biometric security, the phone is tipped to include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, which typically offers faster and more accurate unlocking compared to optical sensors.
In terms of protection, the device is said to come with IP68 and IP69-level dust and water resistance, making it suitable for users who want a rugged smartphone without compromising on performance or design.
iQOO has not officially announced the launch date for the Z11 Turbo yet. However, with 2025 nearing its end, current information suggests that the device is likely to debut in January 2026 in China. The iQOO executive has also confirmed that the smartphone will be priced at around 2,500 Yuan, which roughly translates to $355, placing it competitively in the performance smartphone category.
Based on the details revealed so far, the iQOO Z11 Turbo appears to be a well-balanced performance smartphone that combines flagship-level processing power, a high-resolution 200MP camera, and an exceptionally large battery. If iQOO delivers on its promises and maintains aggressive pricing, the Z11 Turbo could become one of the most compelling launches in early 2026. As always, more clarity will emerge once the company officially unveils the device.
